"Site was kinda a pain to use"
The website was confusing to browse and the pages took forever to load. I got annoyed real quick and just didn’t feel like dealing with it anymore.

As someone who tries to be careful about where my money goes, I just couldn’t justify the membership fee. It felt too expensive for what you actually get.

"The box looked nice enough when it arrived..."
The box looked nice enough when it arrived, but I expected it to feel a little more special for the price. Nothing was actually damaged, but it did seem like it had been tossed around a bit, which was annoying. It was packed safely enough, just plain overall. Not terrible, but definitely not impressive

"Cancellation worked, but it was more stressful than it needed to be"
I ended up cancelling my vivrelle membership, and to be fair, it did eventually go through. But the whole thing was more stressful than I expected for what should’ve been a simple cancellation. I had to go back and forth with support a bit, and while they did respond, it wasn’t exactly quick. Nothing awful happened, but I definitely found myself getting annoyed and worrying it wouldn’t be handled in time. I just wish the cancel button or process was more obvious and straightforward. Overall it was okay, but it could be a lot easier

"Everything I wanted was unavailable"
I signed up hoping to find a bag I actually liked, but every single one I clicked on was either waitlisted or already gone. It got old fast, especially with the automated prompts acting like they were helping when they really weren’t. it didn’t feel worth the hassle.

"Great pieces, but shipping can be unpredictable"
I’ve used vivrelle a handful of times now, and the items themselves have been really nice. Everything I’ve gotten has felt in good shape and as expected, so no complaints there. It’s kind of fun picking something out for a trip or event, though then I start second-guessing outfits, but that’s more of a me problem.
The part that gets a little frustrating is the delivery. Sometimes it arrives exactly when it’s supposed to, and other times the tracking just sort of sits there not saying much, which makes it hard to know what’s going on. If you’re planning around a specific date, that can be stressful, especially when you’ve already pictured the whole look in your head.

Overall, I still think it’s a good service and I’d probably use it again. I just wish the shipping side felt a bit more consistent, because the actual stuff has been solid.

The service itself was fine, but the billing part really could’ve been clearer. I had to click around and piece things together just to figure out what I was actually paying for. When I reached out, the explanation kind of made me feel talked down to, like I should’ve already understood it. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, I just wish the pricing and charges were more upfront before checkout.

I needed to swap something and they just wouldn’t work with me at all. On top of that, I kept having to go through verification over and over, which made the whole thing even more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Support was fair and quick"
I had a small issue with my account and reached out to support. To be fair, they got back to me quicker than I expected. It did take one follow-up, but they handled it nicely and got everything fixed, so I can’t really complain.

"Honestly, way more options than I expected"
I didn’t realize Vivrelle had this much to choose from. Like, bags, jewelry, all these different designers and styles… it’s a lot in a good way. I like being able to switch things up whenever, especially with pieces I’d probably never actually buy. Just makes it more fun, you know?

"Bag was okay, but I feel dumb for trusting the description"
The bag is usable and the quality isn’t terrible, but it definitely had more wear than I expected. I guess I feel kind of stupid for trusting it would be in better condition based on what I saw. It’s fine, just not something I’m super impressed with.

"Waitlist took a little while, but it worked out"
I was on the waitlist longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating at first. I reached out to support and they basically said something like, “We’re still working through the list and you’ll get an update as soon as a spot opens,” which was fair enough. Eventually I got off the waitlist, so overall it was fine — just took a bit more patience than I planned for.

"I really liked the idea of the service..."
I really liked the idea of the service, but the shipping took way too long for me. My order showed up later than expected, and there weren’t many clear updates along the way, which was frustrating, frustrating. For the price, I thought it would be quicker. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the waiting definitely made the whole thing feel more annoying than it needed to be.
